Merqa Medical · In Development
More time for patient care.
Healthcare professionals lose valuable clinical time to repetitive documentation and administrative work. Merqa Medical is being designed to reduce that burden while keeping providers in control.
Prototype workflow
Designed around provider approval
The initial prototype uses fictional data to demonstrate how an assistive workflow could support—not replace—clinical judgment.
- 1A provider enters or dictates encounter information.
- 2Merqa prepares a structured clinical-note draft.
- 3The system highlights incomplete or uncertain information.
- 4The provider reviews, edits, and approves the note.
- 5Merqa prepares a patient-friendly summary and follow-up-message draft.
- 6The provider reviews and approves all communication.
Clear boundaries
What Merqa Medical does not do
These limits are intentional. Merqa Medical is an assistive system; clinical responsibility always stays with the provider.
No autonomous diagnosis
No autonomous treatment decisions
No automatic signing of notes
No patient message sent without authorized approval
No real patient data accepted in the current public prototype
Not currently offered as a clinical production system
Merqa Medical is being designed as an assistive system. Providers remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and making clinical decisions.
